Repair and restore deteriorated concrete at the south entrance stairs and associated concrete areas at city hall. The work includes concrete repair and a protective two-part epoxy coating system as one complete project. Work generally includes securing and protecting the project site; removing loose, damaged, deteriorated, delaminated, or otherwise unsound concrete within the limits of work; preparing existing concrete surfaces; structurally patching and restoring damaged concrete; and, following completion and adequate curing of the repairs, applying the two-part epoxy coating system to the designated concrete surfaces. The Work also includes maintaining safe pedestrian access, protecting adjacent improvements, cleanup and disposal, coordination with City Hall operations, and all other work.
