Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires high-quality chemical analysis of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) and other complex environmental matrices in raw influent, treated effluent, raw sludge, treated biosolids, landfill leachate, and impacted environmental waters/sediments as part of a municipal wastewater monitoring program. The contract period is for one calendar year from the contract award date with an irrevocable option to extend the term by up to two additional one-year periods under the same conditions. Renewal pricing is to be adjusted based on the average inflationary/deflationary effect reported in the CPI-W for Houston, Texas, between the prior year and the year preceding it.
