This Campus Master Plan for Eastern New Mexico University, developed in 2023, provides a vision to guide capital decisions for the next ten years. The plan focuses on assessing facilities, analyzing growth and utilization data, and making recommendations across four key goals: enhancing ENMU Identity, ensuring Safety & Access, optimizing Resources, and strengthening Community connections. The board approved the consent agenda, including property disposal and/or transfer at ENMU-Roswell. Emerita status was approved for Dr. Annemarie Oldfield. The deactivation of the Automotive Tech Diesel Program at ENMU-Roswell was approved, with plans for revision and improvement. The five-year capital projects plan for ENMU-Ruidoso was approved, along with the summer capital outlay plan and the selection of an architect for the 2026 General Obligations Bond proposal. Capital projects for the Summer 2025 NMHED General Obligations Bond capital outlay hearing were approved, and the five-year capital plan was also approved.
