The report detailed the District's cash and investments, both restricted and unrestricted, as of that date. Analysis included activity in the Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF), noting interest earned and transfers made to cover contractor invoices, and the status of assets held with Citizen's Business Bank (CBB) Wealth Management, including investment earnings and manager fees. The report also summarized activity in the restricted US Bank accounts designated for bond payments.

The East Valley Water District's 5-Year Work Plan outlines key projects and priorities to foster a resilient, efficient, and effective organization, aligned with its vision for a sustainable, transparent, and accountable future. The plan focuses on five pillars: Effective Solutions; Sustainability, Transparency, and Accountability; Organizational Resiliency; Planning, Maintenance, and Preservation of District Resources; and Community Engagement, Advocacy, and Leadership. Its purpose is to guide resource allocation and planning to ensure reliable water and wastewater services while addressing critical long-term needs and adapting to future challenges.
