Plow and clear all ramps, overhead doors, driveways and parking areas. Snow removal to begin at 3 accumulation and continue after every additional 3 accumulation. Salt and/or Sand to be spread upon completion of snow removal and/or when icing conditions exist, in driveways and parking areas. Ice melt to be used on building ramps. A front-end loader of sufficient size to move snow from asphalt areas must be available if repeated snowfalls restrict future snow removal operations. A district representative must be contacted prior to this service.
