The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a hotel partner that will provide a professional meet-and-greet service for arriving guests while enhancing the passenger experience, improving customer service for arriving visitors, and generating revenue for the Airport. The successful respondent will enter into a facilities lease and concession agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) with ECAT for the operation of a hotel meet-and-greet concierge service in the designated Leased Premises, a 121 square foot area located in the Airport passenger terminal building (depicted below and on Exhibit A attached hereto).
