Reconstruction of the fishing pier within the boundaries of the District, including removal of the east and west pier approaches, salvaging the existing decking, railings, posts and skirting, reconstruction of the east and west approaches with pressure treated laminated veneer lumber (LVL), skirting removal and replacement, and other pier repairs and all work that may be considered incidental. Work includes 10 EA remove and replace cross braving; 240 LF of safety fence.
