Approx. 80 SF of asbestos-containing vermiculite CMU block wall insulation (must deface the CMU wall to access all insulation). Phase 2 will be located in the "POD" area within the School and will involve the removal and disposal of: approx. 15,508 SF of asbestos-containing floor tile and associated black mastic. Approx. 1,116 SF of asbestos-containing ceiling texture and associated plaster. Approx. 13,776 ft3 (cubic ft.) of asbestos-containing vermiculite CMU block wall insulation (must deface the CMU wall to access all insulation). All TSI exposed during the demolition process (may be multiple trips).
