This space is intended to serve as a multi-purpose lounge and classroom area for students, staff, and faculty.

Project consists of bid package 1 - site pavement replacement: sawcut and remove sidewalk and paving sections. Provide and install new steel handrails. Provide and install new handicap parking signs where removed. Restripe paving in areas where concrete has been replaced to match existing colors. Install sidewalks and paving. Bid package 2 - utility replacement and site restoration: sawcut and remove the sidewalks and paving as neccessry to perform the storm pipe replacement. Removed the exiting storm utilities per plan. Provie and install new storm utilities along 7th street and extend drain tile to st1. 3. As indicated on drawings, remove trap rock and excavate along existing concrete wall. Extend draain tile and reinstall trap rock with geotextile fabric as indicated. Finish grad after insallation. Excavated indicated soil and install trap rock with geotextiel fabric around submerged subdrain outlet. id Package 3 - Building 7 Repairs: Complete work in accordance with drawings. Patch and repair adjacent surfaces and finish to existing quality. Removed and replace adjacent materials as required to perform the work. Interior painting required at repairs will need to extend from corner to corner on walls. Paint steel handrails on exterior concrete ramp. See attached file.
