The Department of the Army seeks a contractor to procure, deliver, and install six 100-foot monopole telecommunications towers and engineered concrete foundations at six military installations in Kansas, Arizona, Washington, Oklahoma, Indiana, and New Mexico. The work includes geotechnical surveys, reinforced-concrete foundation construction, tower erection, grounding, lightning protection, and related electrical infrastructure, with completion required within 12 months of award. This is an active total small-business set-aside procurement evaluated using a best-value tradeoff based on technical approach, past performance, and price.
