This active Special Notice is the USPTO's intent to award a logical follow-on sole-source purchase order to The Building People LLC for design, space planning, TRIRIGA administration, and building management support. The work continues interior-design support using and reconfiguring IBM TRIRIGA at USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, and other USPTO facilities, including configuration, module development, reporting and dashboard creation, user support, and integration with design, space-planning, and occupancy-management operations. It is not a grant and not a request for competitive proposals; the notice states that no solicitation will be issued to the public.
