Performance is scheduled to take place from October 2026 through October 2027.

This project consists of remediation and restoration services due to a water leak in an interior pipe. This is a multi-faceted repair contract. This contract will require carpentry, sheetrock repair, installation, flooring removal, painting, and cleaning. This contract requires removal of damaged interior components including wall sheetrock, floor and base, and in-kind replacement of insulation and sheetrock, and trim, and professional cleaning of work areas and building disinfection.

Provide powell duplex improvements. The project consists of removing and replacing the existing roof(s), water damaged Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), some structural members in the roof and walls of an existing residential duplex. The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to complete the work in a professional workman like manner and in accordance with attached specifications and manufacturer’s installation instructions and drawings. The Powell Duplex is a 2-story, 2-units with 3-bedroom family housing residences. These are family housing for staff at Powell Ranger Station. The building is relatively new, with the plans dated 1994, but has been significantly damaged by water intrusion. See attached file. f
