New bridge will be approx. 19' long and 27' wide and when finished will have an 8" concrete deck. Contractor shall: Form and pour two (2) concrete head walls (caps) 3' by 3' by 27'. Head walls shall include two (2) layers of steel reinforcing rod, two (2) 7 5/8 pipes supporting 8" channels set at height of cap. Set and weld bridge beams. Install metal deck form (stay in place form), place and tie 2 layers of reinforcing steel. See attached file.
