The contractor must provide geotechnical/global stability analysis stamped by a Georgia Licensed Professional Engineer, demonstrate relevant experience (minimum five similar projects in last 10 years), bonding capacity, insurance, and provide a minimum five-year warranty covering design and construction. Proposals will be evaluated on technical approach, experience and qualifications, project understanding and schedule, cost proposal, and references/past performance.
