Meet with Emergency Management – Annual Meeting Within 5 business days of the contract award or every new contract option year, the contractor shall meet with the Emergency Management Specialist to review the contractor’s plan, clarify expectations, establish communication protocols, discuss budget, revise proposed work plans, and determine training and inspection schedules. Task Area 2. AED Program: 1) Coordinate with District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services (DC FEMS) to ensure CRM AEDs are registered, and medical and program oversight is provided to the CRM AED program in accordance with DC AED regulations. 2) Provide medical oversight of the CRM AED program in accordance with D.C. Code §44-231 and 232. 3) Conduct/provide quarterly inspections of all hardware in coordination with the CRM AED program manager (approximately 40 devices). 4) Maintain an active and current list of all CRM AEDs with expiration dates for hardware and components, to include but not limited to batteries and pads. 5) Provide periodic maintenance and maintenance schedules, to include but not limited to replacement of expiring components at least 3 months in advance to the CRM AED program manager. 6) Upon request by the CRM AED program manager, provide technical support for unscheduled maintenance for AED related issues within 2 business days of notice. 7) Pricing for AED devices should include and account for any and all expenses associated with the AED devices (e.g. pads).
