This Action Plan outlines Cowansville's commitment to developing a nourishing community to create a more sustainable local food system and enhance environmental, economic, and social health. It focuses on six key pillars: agricultural production, food processing and distribution, local purchasing, food security, waste management, and governance and mobilization.
