Quarryville Borough Council Regular Meeting Minutes
The council received a presentation on Lancaster EMS statistics and reviewed management reports concerning the Spring Fling community event, trash hauler research, cost savings on software renewals, and Right-to-Know request metrics. The council authorized the mediation of Right-to-Know appeals and awarded bids for equipment rental and the ELGT Connector Phase 2 project. Additionally, approvals were granted for fire police requests, staff training for purchase order implementation, ESM certification for the Borough Manager, and a weed spraying license. Financial reports and bills were ratified, and the council reorganized the Police Committee membership. During an executive session, the council approved the police chief contract and extended an offer for the position to a new candidate.
