The St. John City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed 2026 City Budget. The budget includes anticipated revenues of $5,597,797 and anticipated expenditures of $5,849,447, resulting in an anticipated fund balance of $2,784,469 as of December 31, 2026.

The City Council meeting agenda includes a review of the minutes from the December 2, 2024, meeting; citizens' comments; reports from the City Manager/Public Works, Police Department, and Mayor; a finance report including the ratification of the November 2024 MER and total expenditures; an update on Marvin Gardens; discussion of the April 8th, 2025 elections; and consideration of several ordinances.
