City Of Boaz Council Council Meeting

The council meeting addressed a variety of municipal matters. A public hearing was held regarding a zoning change request for a property on Doris Street. A proclamation was issued to designate June as Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. New business included the approval of accounts payable vouchers, the introduction and adoption of an ordinance to rezone specific property, the amendment of a resolution regarding authorized officials for financial document execution, the approval of equipment purchases for the Ordinance Enforcement Officer, and the reappointment of several board and committee members to the Library Board and the Downtown Design Committee.
