The board meeting will address the BEH Townhomes ULS project. The commission held a briefing regarding a proposal to amend Title 30 of the Snohomish County Code concerning Urban Center zone building height to address over-restriction issues. Additionally, an informational briefing was provided regarding the Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) program, discussing property tax waivers for multifamily residential projects and the county's new eligibility following recent changes in state law.
