Alamosa County Public Hearing Minutes
The public hearing focused on a request for a one-year extension of a Special Use Permit for the SLV Church of Christ to construct a church. The discussion centered on the project's progress, including completed dirt work and conceptual plans, and identified the primary delay as obtaining necessary structural engineering drawings from the building manufacturer. The committee evaluated whether a one-year extension would be sufficient to complete construction, taking into account construction variables and the applicant's commitment to finalizing the project.
