Gaston College's strategic plan is focused on providing innovative student learning opportunities to foster economic and social success and to educate and care for people. The plan is structured around seven strategic priorities: enhancing student recruitment and enrollment, ensuring student access and success in high-quality programs, establishing strong partnerships and community engagement, fostering organizational development, optimizing finance and developmental strategies, investing in organizational infrastructure, and integrating immersive and simulation technologies to advance learning and workforce readiness.
