The Planning Board and Architectural and Historic Review Board (AHRB) meeting addressed several project applications. The board discussed exterior renovations at 24 Beldon Avenue, determining that a public hearing is required due to its location within a historic district. The board approved the replacement of a shed at 12 Washington Avenue. Finally, the board reviewed a proposed sign for 64 Ashford Avenue and, due to non-compliance with size code requirements, referred the application to the Zoning Board of Appeals to request a variance.
