The City Council discussed the implementation of a new municipal social media policy, including standards for content, moderation, and the reactivation of public comments on official accounts. Additionally, the council reviewed a lease agreement extension for the Washington Historical Society parking lot, evaluating the proposed annual fees, property tax implications, and maintenance responsibilities of the city regarding the property.
