The City Council conducted a Town Hall meeting to discuss the Capital Improvement Plan, specifically categorizing projects into Health & Safety and Quality of Life initiatives. The Council also held a public hearing regarding Ordinance D 17-01, which relates to the use of wireless communication devices while operating a motor vehicle. Additionally, the Council approved the aforementioned Ordinance, authorized an interlocal agreement with the Central Texas Council of Governments for a flood protection study, and approved a quote for police body and vehicle cameras. Updates were also provided regarding the Main Street Sidewalk and Bicycle Connectivity Project.
