BoardCity Of Fresno Retirement Systems Regular Joint Meeting
The Retirement Boards authorized the appointment of the Board of Directors for the CFRS Realty Holding Corporation. They adopted amendments to the Joint Board Rules and Regulations and accepted the annual evaluations for both the Boards' Legal Counsel and the Boards' Actuarial Firm. Several agenda items, including personnel evaluations and compensation considerations for the Retirement Administrator, were laid over due to the absence of Legal Counsel.
