The proposer presented plans for a 40-unit stacked flat development intended for families and working-age households, featuring 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units and a community clubhouse. The proposal targets income-restricted units serving households at 30%, 50%, and 80% of area median income. Key details included an estimated budget of $12.7 million, the inclusion of refuse, water, and sewer utilities in the rent, and plans for on-site property management and maintenance. The development commits to remaining income-based for a 30-year period.
