The Committee reviewed and discussed several reimbursement grant applications for funding from the Hotel Occupancy Tax Budget, covering organizations such as Music on Main, USA Swimming, the Benini Foundation, Highland Lakes Art Guild and Gallery, Marble Falls Oktoberfest, St. Frederick African American Museum, Highland Lakes Creative Arts, Texas Tournament Zone, Lone Star Luau Music Festival, Fiesta Jam, and New Texas Sinfonia.

The Commission addressed two main agenda items. First, it held a public hearing regarding the street abandonment of an approximately 0.069-acre tract of East Avenue right-of-way, involving discussion of encroachment and future replatting requirements. Second, the Commission discussed and acted upon a Final Plat for the 28.38-acre Marble Falls Industrial Park, which includes the extension of West Innovation Loop and development of commercial and drainage lots.
