Northside Charter High School Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes
The board discussed the June 2025 board meeting agenda, talent retention, graduation rate data discrepancies, student recruitment, teacher certification, and NYSED matters including the midterm site visit and annual report. The board also discussed and approved the FY 2026 calendar/bell schedule, board and committee meeting calendar, board officers and committee membership, budget, compliance calendar, umbrella insurance policy, and investment banks/depositories/brokerage firms. The finance committee reported on the school's financial status and sought approval for the incentive compensation budget.
