BoardAdvisory Design Panel Meeting Minutes
The meeting primarily focused on a presentation regarding a proposed 28-unit cluster residential development at 421-445 Gower Point Road. The Panel reviewed and discussed design aspects including building step-backs, waste collection and vehicle circulation, landscape planning, environmental and geotechnical considerations, accessibility, and parking. Following the deliberation, the Panel voted to recommend Council support the Development Permit application for the proposed Harbour Development project. Additionally, there was a discussion and subsequent defeat of an amendment regarding water efficiency systems.
