The Corcoran Planning Commission meeting involved the approval of minutes from a previous meeting and a public hearing for Conditional Use Permit 24-03, concerning the sale of beer and wine at a convenience market located at 1255 Orange Avenue. The permit requires a letter of convenience and necessity from the City Council due to an overabundance of alcohol licenses in the area. Discussion also included information items on sea trains and a list of approved and unapproved domestic animals. The commission made a motion to not bring sea trains back into residential zones and to create a list of approved and unapproved animals.

The Oversight Board will discuss and potentially approve Resolution No. 2015-02, which adopts a revised Corcoran Successor Agency Long Range Property Management Plan (LRPMP). Public discussion and staff reports are also on the agenda.
