The Planning Commission conducted a review of several property development applications. Multiple proposals for reverse subdivisions and land developments, including projects by Kocher, Pocono Camp and Glamp, Passalacqua, Jane Neeb, and Getz, were tabled after granting requested time extensions. The Commission granted conditional approvals for several projects, including those by Irizarry, Robinson, Menta, and Sheedy, based on positive recommendations from the Township Engineer and DEP documentation. Additionally, the commission held a discussion regarding a community survey.
