The Council discussed and approved the pole attachment agreement with Cox Communications. A public hearing regarding a traffic ordinance for street directions was held, but the proposed changes were not adopted. Street closure requests were granted for Jonah's on Johnston, First Baptist Church, and a community food give away event. The Council approved the Mutual Aid Agreement with GPSTC and Monroe County, accepted the Electric Cities of Georgia year-end settlement, and authorized requisitions for BBP Sales LLC. Additionally, the Council approved the replacement of three awnings at the Welcome Center, authorized the purchase of solar-powered radar signs, and scheduled a public hearing regarding the H&H Timberlands LLC annexation.
