The Planning Commission discussed various town development projects, including updates on the corporate office building, Havalina Crossing, Black Mountain Vista live-work units, the Vickers Retail Center, the Cave Creek Hotel, the Black Mountain Marketplace, and the Cave Creek Gateway retail center. The zoning administrator provided a report on the town's anniversary celebration, a lease extension for the rodeo, ongoing public restroom renovations, and progress on land acquisition efforts.
