Village Charter School Strategic Plan 2026-2031
This document presents the Village Charter School's Five-Year Strategic Plan (2026-2031), employing a '3+2' model to guide the institution through two distinct phases: Recovery & Stabilization (2026-2029) followed by Acceleration & Innovation (2029-2031). The plan is structured around four integrated strategic pillars: Targeted Academic Recovery & Vertical Alignment, Evidence-Based Literacy & Numeracy Interventions, Data-Informed Professional Learning & Coaching, and Holistic Student Growth & 'The Village' Culture. Its primary objectives are to reverse post-pandemic academic declines, sustain ELA gains, establish robust intervention systems, strengthen professional development, enhance student attendance, foster school belonging through SEL, and ensure long-term organizational sustainability and excellence.
