The meeting included an action item approving the receipt and sale of property known as the Landers site. Information items were presented regarding accounting and financial updates, the 2024/2025 draft audit report, an investment review, and a fundraising and strategic presentation. Additionally, the Foundation provided updates on upcoming events including the Kepler event, a golf tournament, the President's Circle, a scholarship award ceremony, and commencement.

The meeting included an opening segment with a land acknowledgement, followed by reports from the ICC Advisor regarding award deadlines and upcoming event dates. Representatives shared information about an Athletics Fair and Finals Frenzy event. Board members also provided updates on community involvement and upcoming organizational activities.

The board accepted the audit report from Eide Bailly, LLP for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. Additionally, the board accepted the Auxiliary Services statements of revenues and expenses for the 4th Quarter of 2024-25 and the 1st Quarter of 2025-26. Administrative reports were provided regarding the reinstatement of the Bookstore Advisory Committee and the Food Services Advisory Committee. Updates were also presented by Sodexo regarding campus dining performance and initiatives, as well as by Follett regarding upcoming bookstore initiatives for the commencement ceremony.

The Council reviewed and approved several administrative procedures, including those for standards of scholarship, dean's and president's lists, course repetition for variable units, and advanced placement credit. Discussion regarding off-campus student organization policies was postponed. Additionally, the Council approved purpose and function statements for the PReP and SPEAC committees, provided feedback on ARC goals, and reviewed progress reports. An informational update was also provided on the Pathways to Equity Conference.

The meeting included the introduction of the new Associate Vice President of External Affairs and Advancement. Key committee updates featured a review of the bylaws. Action items resulted in the approval of updates to authorized signers for Citizens Business Bank and authorized agents for Charles Schwab accounts. The President provided updates on commencement statistics, the college's musical ensemble invitations, and total student enrollment. Information items included the presentation of an investment report and a fundraising report, as well as an overview of upcoming college events.
