Reports were provided on intercollegiate athletics achievements, student well-being initiatives, and alumni engagement activities. Additionally, the Board received reports regarding faculty governance, the use of technology in advancement and communications, and student government budget allocation processes. The meeting concluded with a closed session for personnel matters, resulting in the approval of faculty promotions, tenure, and emeritus status.
