Code Compliance Board Regular Meeting Minutes
The Board accepted the resignation of a Vice Chair and appointed a new member to the position. Two public hearings were conducted regarding alleged code violations: one involving unpermitted jet ski lifts at 2211 Azalea Place, which the Board ruled was in compliance, and another regarding an unpermitted curb at 1350 Place Vendome, which the Board found to be in violation and ordered for removal. Additionally, the meeting included a training session for the Board members.
