BoardSherman College of Straight Chiropractic Board of Trustees Board of Trustees Meeting
The meeting included an integrity review concerning past board decisions and the appointment of a board secretary. Discussions covered the President's report, which included updates on recruitment strategies, career day success, community relations, and recent SACS visit findings. The Board reviewed the financial audit and IRS Form 990 procedures, implemented an identity theft policy, and authorized the use of a collection agency for outstanding alumni debt. Additionally, the Board addressed mission statement research, fundraising and donor recognition, trustee appointments and future election structures, and the establishment of a recruitment subcommittee for college development.
