It focuses on fostering student success, promoting excellence and innovation in educational programs, creating a rewarding and inspirational workplace, practicing continuous improvement, being mindful stewards of resources, building partnerships and collaborations, and cultivating an inclusive, diverse culture. The plan's overarching purpose is to operate in a continuous quality improvement environment, establishing a firm foundation for a learning and student-ready culture within the institution and its 20-county service area.
