Fullerton City Council City Council Meeting
The council performed several administrative actions and approvals, including the appointment of a Cal Cities Annual Conference delegate, the receipt of the monthly committee activity report and July 2026 check register, and approvals for a Grand Jury report on housing, the Medi-Cal voluntary rate, downtown trash enclosures, and the 110 East Santa Fe lease addendum. Additional approvals included an emergency water services agreement, CEQA services agreement, solid waste and recycling program assistance, traffic signal equipment purchases, a water main replacement contract, and grant funding reconciliation. A public hearing resulted in the adoption of the 2026-27 annual budget. Regular business included providing direction on housing site reviews and economic development, as well as the adoption of special tax bonds and TEFRA for Magnolia Ridge.
