City Of Cortland Planning Commission Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission conducted a site plan review for several items, including a new storage shed for the Salvation Army, a preliminary site plan review for a Byrne Dairy development involving rezoning, a seasonal snack bar proposal for Homer Avenue, a façade change for an apartment complex, and the restoration of a historic building for residential and office use at the Gillette Skirt Factory. Additionally, the commission approved an expansion for additional parking at Kennedy Parkway and the placement of a food trailer at Court Street. The meeting also included recommendations for variance and rezoning requests related to these projects.
