The Board of Directors held a public hearing regarding the approval of the district's budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Following the hearing, the board passed a resolution adopting the proposed budget for operation and maintenance expenses, including administrative costs, utilities, and repair and maintenance services.

The Council discussed and took action on several items, including a public hearing for the adoption of the final budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year and the setting of an expenditure limitation. Other agenda items included holding special meetings for the Board of Directors of the Links at Coyote Wash Community Facilities District, establishing new or increased fees for golf course services and sanitation services, and receiving town manager and council reports.

The Council discussed and adopted a resolution authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Department of Transportation for the Williams Street Improvements Project. Additionally, the Council adopted a resolution approving a solid waste disposal service agreement with Republic Services Copper Mountain Landfill, Inc. Information was provided regarding proposed sanitation fee increases, and reports were presented by the Town Manager and various Council members covering regional meetings, infrastructure updates, and community engagement initiatives.
