Cheyenne City Council Finance Committee Finance Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee reviewed and approved several items, including an application for a bar and grill liquor license for Cheyenne Railard LLC, the 2026 program year annual action plan for the Community Development Block Grant entitlement program, and a resolution for a memorandum of understanding concerning impact assistance funds for the Laramie Range wind project. Additionally, the committee authorized agreements for animal control and shelter services, approved contracts for housing adult and juvenile prisoners at Laramie County facilities, and considered a grant agreement for youth suicide and homicide assessment and prevention services.
