The Council of the Borough of Rosslyn Farms will hold a public meeting to consider the adoption of an amendment to Chapter 148 of the Borough of Rosslyn Farms Code of Ordinances. The amendment authorizes the construction of new sanitary sewers and the assessment of associated costs to the benefitted properties. The proposed ordinance would authorize the Borough to construct new sanitary sewer mains and establish the terms by which the costs of constructing said mains may be assessed against the benefitted properties and by which the aforementioned assessed costs shall be paid, collected, and liened.
