The board meeting will feature a special presentation regarding the 2025 audit. Planning commission items include a zoning change request for development near Mc Donald's. The agenda covers proposals for the Holmen Area Aquatic Center renovation, approval of safety cameras, demolition contracts, and air compressor procurement. Additionally, the board will review monthly payment claims, liquor premise amendments for various events, and hear reports from the shared ride, municipal court, fire board, and bluffland coalition programs. The board will also convene into a closed session to discuss property condemnation strategy.

The committee reviewed the Director's monthly report, covering updates on sewer maintenance, water valve repairs, street sweeping, salt shed inspections, and stormwater management plan submissions. Engineering projects were discussed, including signal submittals for the USH 53/STH 35 interchange, lift station construction, tree pruning, and the demo contract for 406 S Main Street. Additionally, the committee recommended approval for an asbestos abatement bid for 406 S Main Street and a proposed ordinance modification to comply with Wisconsin DNR stormwater regulations.

No meeting was held due to the election, and there were no agenda items for discussion.

The Planning Commission discussed and approved a Site Plan Architectural Review (SPAR) petition for a new Dollar General store on Spakenburg Road, contingent upon several design and utility modifications including dumpster enclosure materials and infrastructure requirements. Additionally, a presentation was provided by the La Crosse Area Planning Committee regarding the Safe Streets for All plan, and a future update to the La Crosse County Hazard Mitigation Plan was noted.

The committee reviewed the status of tax collections and audit preparations, and discussed the recruitment process for a Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer position. The administrator provided an update on potential development investments for the year, the progress of the Main Street design phase, the commencement of a joint study for a unified fire department with neighboring municipalities, and the awarding of a bid for the North Village Lift Station and Force Main project. Additionally, committee members acknowledged the public works staff for their efforts regarding recent snow removal.
