North Coast County Water District Regular Board Of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors held a meeting that included the Water-Wise Garden Contest awards ceremony, briefings on Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency issues, and the approval of various financial matters, including the payment of claims and the acceptance of the Loop at Everglades Drive Pipeline Replacement Project as complete. The Board also authorized Task Order #24-09 with EKI Environment & Water for the Advanced Metering Infrastructure project, approved an amendment to the lease agreement for temporary office space during the headquarters upgrade, appointed an agency negotiator for real property acquisitions, and received updates on the City of Pacifica's Local Coastal Land Use Plan and various infrastructure projects. A closed session was held regarding real property negotiations.
