This Hazard Mitigation Plan Update for the Town of North Attleborough, Massachusetts, provides a comprehensive framework to reduce the negative impacts and costs associated with natural hazards and climate change. The meeting included a public hearing and a vote to approve the application from Imperial Subaru, Inc. for a Class I License. The board also voted to approve an application for the Pledge of Collateral, license and inventory, of the Off Premises All Alcohol Liquor License from New England Tudor Corp. Additionally, the board voted to approve a Special One Day Liquor License to Simply North Boutique for a Sip and Shop event.

The meeting involved a discussion regarding the continuation of the Notice of Intent for Achin Acres Development, which was moved to September 23, 2025, with the applicant's consent. The commission also discussed and approved the minutes from August 12, 2025, with revisions, and approved a new simplified minute format. There were also commission updates.

The meeting included an appropriation request for the utilization of FY25 Comcast PEG Access Account for North TV to purchase new equipment for the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room at the Town Hall. Also, there was a measure to authorize the utilization of FY24 Retained Earnings for North TV for Ockers.
