Great Lakes Water Authority Audit Committee Meeting
The Audit Committee meeting included discussions on the annual financial audit update, an update on the arbitrage rebate for liability, and a resolution for approval of a series ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of sewage disposal system revenue bonds for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund project. Additionally, the committee reviewed the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Distinguished Budget Presentation Award, proposed calendar year 2026 Audit Committee meeting dates, the CFO report, a preliminary financial report for FY 2025, a gifts, grants, and other resources report, an affordability and assistance update, a semiannual debt report, a quarterly construction work in progress report, a charges outreach and modeling update, and the annual conflict of interest disclosures. The Procurement Pipeline for October 2025 was also reviewed.
