The City Commission Organizational Meeting includes the election of officers, specifically nominations for the Office of Mayor and Vice-Mayor. Finally, the request from Newell Brands to complete additional soil borings within the City's street right-of-way was approved pending staff and City Attorney review.

Lastly, the commission approved monitoring well easements and vehicular access to monitoring well locations on city property.
